A Grim Day / Pandora's Lunch Box is the 66th episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. It first aired on March 22, 2006 on Cartoon Network.

While Billy and his family are off visiting Billy's Grandmother and Mandy has a day to herself, Grim is free for the day. After much canooldling about, he visits General Skarr and offers to help finish his gardening by giving him the scythe. Skarr finds this as the perfect time for domination, during which he refuses to relinquish the scythe. Grim decides to ask Pud'n and Mindy to help him get the scythe back. As they do so, however, Grim decides that he likes to have Pud'n and Mindy around rather than Billy and Mandy. This fact does not sit well with them, however.

A new student named Pandora (but introduced herself to everyone as Dora), with her lunch box in tow, has moved to Endsville, and the students begin to claim her as a friend, especially Mindy. After telling off Mindy, Pandora is then welcomed into Mandy's group. After enjoying a good time with Mandy, they become best friends. Little does Mandy know that her lunch box is Pandora's box, and Pandora's actually trying to get Mandy to open it so that pain and suffering is unleashed upon the world, with Mandy being the one at fault.

Besides the storm of vengeance, individuals received some of Dora's wrath--

Mindy receives an ugly face.
Sperg loses his arms as they beat up on him right after he wedgies Pud'n.
Billy eats a flying hotdog and then receives the ability to fly.
Food from the lunchbox grows wings and flies.

In the end, Mandy stops Pandora's box from destroying the Earth by prompting Dora to ask her why she was stopping her and if it wasn’t this exactly what she wanted. Mandy responded by saying, “Someday I will bring a plague of pain and suffering upon mankind, but it won't be a trick, I’ll do it myself."

Pandora's Lunch Box, is a reference to the Greek myth Pandora's Box.
Pandora's Lunch Box contains many references to Dora the Explorer such as the character of Pandora looking very much like Dora despite the fact that their personalities are completely reversed (Pandora is evil and wants to destroy everything whille Dora is friendly and helpful to everyone and everything).
Mindy's shouting of "Shake it like a Polaroid picture!" at her cheerleaders is a lyric from Outkast's Hey Ya! as well as "Don't stop, get it, get it" From Gorillaz and De La Soul's mega popular Grammy-nominee song Feel Good Inc.
Piff, from the episode Crushed, appears in the end credits, referred to by Mindy as a drama geek.
In Pandora's Lunch Box, Peter Pan makes a brief cameo, referred to by Grim as "that guy who flies around and sprinkles fairy dust on everyone".
The three gods that gave Dora her box resemble Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon. In Greek myths, they are the founding gods.
Billy dresses-up like Little Red Riding Hood when he heard that he was going to his grandmother's house.
Skarr makes a reference to the song "Edelweiss" from The Sound of Music when he says "Bloom and grow, bloom and grow, bloom and grow, forever!"
If you pay attention to Billy's description of Grim's favorite show, it is very similar to The Wild Thornberry's but could also be describing Dora the Explorer, the later of which could be more likely because Dora would be on during school hours when Wild Thornberry's doesn't and also because Pandora is supposed to be a parody of Dora The Explorer.

In A Grim Day Mandy didn't care to replace Grim, but she has never replaced Billy except for one time. However Mandy later said that Billy's replacement wasn't all that great, but when she used Skarr she didn't even say anything about him.
In Pandora's Lunch Box Mandy had dragged Billy away from Dora her reason was she doesn't like new students.

A Grim Day is one of few episodes to have different music for it's title card.

As Mindy begins to educate Dora on the various social cliques, Sperg prepares a spit wad for the newcomer. As it is shot towards her, Dora uses her lunch box to reflect it back to Sperg.
