[edit] Semi-protection
Adding the semi-protection template will not semi-protect an article. That template only is a way of alerting to people that an article is semi-prot. Only admins can semi-protect an article. If you think the level of vandalism on the Devos article is severe enough for semi-protection you should make a request as WP:RPP (I will however note that I don't think the level of vandalism is severe enough to justify semi-protection). The links you provided from YouTube, as sources for the federal drug investigation regarding Claire McCaskill have been removed from the article for non-compliance with Wikipedia policy.
