AGF (Euronext: AGF) is a French insurance company, based in Paris (HQ: rue Richelieu). The holding company is called Assurances Generales de France, but the company only refers to itself as AGF. Allianz SE of Germany has a majority stake in AGF since 1998. It owns 58.1% as of December 31, 2004. AGF is listed on the Paris Stock Exchange (now Euronext Paris) since February 1976.
