It is used to show how not all manga is of the same style.
It is also used to illustrate a important manga series and is a good example of the seinen genre.
While a free use image may be possible, it would not be by a professional artist. A example from a professionally produced manga is needed for accuracy in depicting what kinds of manga are sold.
It is used for educational pruposes.
The use of one panel does not infringe on the copyright owner's rights to make a profit.
