Al Murgub

Al Murgub (Arabic: المرقب)is one of the municipilaties of Libya. According to the 2004 census, the population is 340 964. The main city is Al Khums.
In the north, Al Murgub has a shoreline on the Mediterranean Sea. On land, it borders the following municipalities:
- Misratah - southeast
- Tarhuna Wa Msalata - southwest
- Tajura Wa Al Nawahi AlArba' - northwest
