[edit] Family Guy
Why does there seem to be this obsession on the internet with who does and who doesn't like Family Guy? Does it really matter? Rubber cat 21:33, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Trivia revision
Al Jean's dad couldn't have been the inspiration for Homer Simpson since Jean didn't work on the Tracy Ullman show, where Matt Groening created the characters. Jean started working on the Simpsons after the spin-off, stand-alone series started. In the late 80's, when the Simpson family was created, Jean was still working on ALF. See his IMDB page. Al Jean himself denied that his father resembled Homer Simpson, which can be heard in the DVD commentary for Season 9 in the episode "Lisa's Sax". Jean actually comments how although most of the information on him in Wikipedia is accurate, his father bares no resemblance to Homer and has a full set of hair. --Acefox 19:52, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
