The source page does not explicitly say who the image was taken by. I believe that we should email WFO Tallahassee to query the copyright status. If the image was not taken by an NWS employee in the course of their duties - note emphasis - you'll have to come up with a very good fair-use rationale. – Chacor 16:02, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
- I agree. I think it very unlikely that NOAA had employees out at those places taking pictures during the storm. -- Donald Albury 17:54, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
