Alexander Vladimirovich Konovalov (in Russian: Александр Владимирович Коновалов, b. June 9, 1968, in Leningrad, Soviet Union) is a Russian lawyer and politician.
In 1992 – 2005 he served in Saint Petersburg Prosecutor's Office.
In February – November 2005 he was the Chief Prosecutor of Bashkortostan.
Since November 14, 2005, he has been President Vladimir Putin's Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District.
