Alexandros Tatsis

Alexandros Tatsis or Alekos Tatsis is a famous Greek football player. In Greece, he is considered a national hero and is inspiration to many youngsters. As of now, he is playing at Proodeytiki and his shirt number is 9.
In 2002, the scouters of Olympiacos found Tatsis and brought him to the team. Olympiacos didn't spend much money on him. He was initially written off as an ampalos ("awful player"). But, Alekos Tatsis surprised everyone by displaying skillful play.
Olympiacos sold a lot of shirts with his name. His technique was superb, he was very fast and he was scoring a lot of goals. Suddenly, Sokratis Kokkalis didn't renew his contract at the summer. All the Olympiacos's fans were shocked. Many of them were crying for days.
