Alresford railway station is on the Tendring Hundred Railway and serves the village of Alresford, Essex, England. (Network Rail call it simply "Alresford", ignoring the fact that there also exists Alresford (Hampshire) railway station.) It is operated by 'one'.
As of February 2006, the original station house is almost derelict but is available to let. Tickets are sold from a small cabin close to Station Road. The ticket clerk is also responsible for moving the level crossing gates each time a train passes.
