AMI Semiconductor is a company engaged the design and manufacture of customer specific integrated circuit solutions, including solutions for the Automotive, Medical and Industrial markets. Among its products are products that integrate processing of analog and digital signals. AMI Semiconductor operates globally with headquarters in Pocatello, Idaho, European corporate offices in Oudenaarde, Belgium, and a network of sales and design centers located in the key markets of North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
AMI Semiconductor is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMIS Holdings, Inc., which is quoted on the Nasdaq index under the trading symbol AMIS.

AMI Semiconductor's interface transceiver offering includes 1 or 2 wire bus communication CAN, LIN, VAN, and HART. Our products are capable of handling the high-voltage requirements typical in automotive applications, including surge levels and transients.
We also offer sub-GHz low data rate wireless transceivers that are IEEE compliant and low cost FSK or ASK transceivers.
