Andrée P. Boucher

Andrée P. Boucher (born 1937) is the mayor of Quebec City, Canada. She was elected on November 6, 2005. She is the first woman mayor in Quebec City's history. She was previously the mayor of Sainte-Foy from 1985 to 2001, until Sainte-Foy was merged with Quebec City.
