I'm curious as to the reasoning for the purposed deletion of this article, as it is not one I have encountered previously. The entry appears to describe the organization involved in an unbiased manner and includes a history.
I'm also curious that there has been no discussion here in regards to the deletion, which I thought was standard policy in regards to deletions of entries.

Is there a reason for the inconsistancy in the names usage/capitolization ?
Animesushi is the Article Title ... and yet Anime Sushi is how its used in the first sentence? Through out the entire Article, the usage repeatedly flip flops between the 2 versions. Just my $0.02
