Antonio Barbalunga

Antonio Barbalunga (1600-November 2, 1649) was an Italian painter of the Baroque period. Born in Messina and died in Rome. He trained with Domenichino. Returned to Messina for a successful career. Also called Ricci. He painter for bothe the Church of the Theatines in Monte Cavallo and Sant Andrea della Valle in Rome. Also painted in Messina.
