ANZ Ladies Masters

The ANZ Ladies Masters is a golf tournament that is played in Australia and is sanctioned by the ALPG Tour and the Ladies European Tour (LET). In 2007 it was the richest women's golf tournament in Australia, with a prize fund of AUD 800,000. The 150 strong 2007 field consisted of 55 ALPG players, 55 LET players, 18 LPGA of Korea players, 3 LPGA of Japan players and 19 sponsor's invitees. The tournament was founded in 1990 as a 54 hole strokeplay event, and was originally called the Australian Ladies Masters. It expanded to 72 holes in 1994. Australia's most successful women golfer Karrie Webb has won the event a record six times.
