Armando Xavier Ochoa

Armando Xavier Ochoa (April 3, 1943—) is the current Bishop of El Paso. He was ordained a priest on May 23, 1970 and ordained titular bishop of Sitifis on February 23, 1987. He was appointed Bishop of El Paso on April 1, 1996 and installed on June 26 of the same year.
