Arthur Acheson, 1st Earl of Gosford

Arthur Acheson 1st Earl of Gosford (c. 1742/5 - 14 January 1807) was an Irish Peer. The son of Archibald Acheson, 1st Viscount Gosford, he succeeded to the viscountcy upon the death of his father, and was subsequently created Earl of Gosford in 1806.
He married Millicent Pole in 1774, with whom he had the following child:
- Mary Acheson (1787-1843)
He was the father of Archibald Acheshon, 2nd Earl of Gosford, whose mother is not mentioned.
