Are there any references to this ezine in independent reliable sources? It seems to simply republish articles from a few sources and give a platform to the editor. The editor has published in places like The Spectator, so I see it's not simply some teenage bedroom publication. And it may be a small but influential e-zine - there's just no evidence of that in the article.
I can't find much using Google, but "Arts and Opinion" isn't exactly a unique phrase to search on. Anyone know more about this? -- Siobhan Hansa 17:27, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
