TestMaster is a type of pencil expertly hand-crafted in Alabama. The pencils are not well known and are very rare. Each TestMaster No.2 pencil has a trademarked pure silver eraser ferrule and an eraser crafted out of the world’s finest hand-harvested rubber. Fittes sold his pencils through mail order. These pencils are well known to major pencil collectors.

[edit] Early History

The first TestMaster pencils have been dated back to 1962. The pencils were crafted by a British archer named Luke Fittes from 1962 until 1974. Fittes was a poor man, born somewhere between 1939 and 1941 in England, who spent much of his time in Berlin, studying the effects of extreme cold weather. Fittes was known for drinking “three eggnogs and a large sandwich” while working, which he claimed helped “bring his brainpower to the max”. In 1961, after graduating from an un-named vocational college, Fittes moved to Aliceville, Alabama to continue his observation of weather. During this time, supposedly Fittes broke his last writing untensil and constructed the world’s first TestMaster out of a stick found in the woods in the back of his cabin and leftover charcoal. Soon after, Fittes’ distant relative Eugine Fittes came to his cabin to beg for money. During this, Eugine used Fittes’ TestMaster. Eugine found that the TestMaster was the most comfortable pencil she had ever used, and brought Luke to an un-named indipendent novelist. This novelist loved Fittes’ pencil so much that he/she payed Fittes a sum of $600 for him to construct 100 of the pencils for him/her.

16. Fittes crafted the first one hundred TestMaster pencils according to the specification of his original hand crafted pencil. These pencils were called the “TestMaster 100”, named after the amount of pencils Fittes made in that run-off. These are known as the most collectable of all TestMaster pencils. Due to popularity and rarity, this model was re-issued in 1970 under the model number “100R”. The novelist told all his/her friends about the marvelous pencils, thus making a higher demand for Fittes’ TestMaster pencils.

The TestMaster name, according to a close friend of Fittes, was created in terms of 'put to the test'. The TestMaster pencils are known for their durability, and various users will agree that they are the most comfortable pencil to take standardized test for.

Fittes' demand for TestMasters kept growing and growing. In 1974, he planned on expanding his work area from his small Aliceville cabin to a factory. Sometime in the spring of 1974, Fittes had a shaving accident. He had run out of blades for his razor so he used a steak knife. After attempting to shave, he had so many facial injuries and deformities that he went out into the woods and shot himself with an arrow, using his previous self-taught arching skills. This brought the end of the TestMaster pencils forever. There has been attempts to reproduce various models of the TestMaster, but all ended up second-rate and were no where near as successful as Fittes' original pencils.

The Do Not Disturb or (DND) function on most PBX or PABX systems prevent calls from ringing at the extension where DND is activated. Some Do Not Disturb (DND) atributes include directing the call to a prediscribed extention (like a secretary or assistant), busy signal, DND signal or a recorded message generated by the telephone switch. Some switches even allow the call to ring through to the extention, without any audible indication, only visual. Matt Beckley was born on July 16th 1979. He is the son of singer/song writer Gerry Beckley of America. He attended the Flintridge Preparatory School in La Cañada from 1991-1997. From there he went on to the University of California in San Diego from 1997-2000, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree.

Matt Beckley previously had the Matt Beckley Band releasing three EPs: Songs of My Wasted Youth, These Are Your Hopes and Dreams, and Letterhead. Matt gained a pleathora of notoriety from IUMA for his song "Andy."
Currently, he is playing in a band called Tomorrow and Everyday After (T.E.A.) with Bryce Soderberg of Lifehouse, Ryland Steen of Reel Big Fish, and Adam Ross of touring fame with artists like Bleu, Mozella, Sierra Swan, etc. T.E.A.'s song "Grudge" (which matt co-wrote with Soderberg) from their self-titled EP was featured in Warren Miller's Off the Grid Documentary, and also appeared in the documentary's advertisement.
Matt was also in the popular Australian band The Androids for two years.

Matt Beckley was the engineer on Paris Hilton's Paris album, Big City Rock's Big City Rock EP, headParade's Apology EP, and America's Here and Now Album. He was the assisstant enigineer on the Backstreet Boys' Never Gone album, Clay Aiken's Thousand Differnet Ways album, Delta Goodrem's Mistaken Identity album, and Wakefield's Which Side Are You On? album. He also did the digital Editing on Jewel's Goodbye Alice in Wonderland album and RENT: the movie soundtrack. He was also an assistant on Switchfoot's Nothing is Sound & Oh! Gravity., albums and appears again as an assistant on the Backstreet Boys' Never Gone album. He produced the original score for the movie Eragon.

Matt Beckley is currently the manager of Open Air Stereo and is the producer of a band called Paramount. He continues to make music, produce, and manage.

The Chandra were an Indian dynasty who ruled much of the Udaipur region of Rajasthan for long periods between the 14th to the 18th centuries AD. Chandra dynasty is famous in the Indian History for the valiant king Vidyadhar who repulsed the attacks of Mehmood Gaznavi. His love for sculptures is shown in the world famed temples of Khajuraho and Kalinjar fort. Chandra Vanshi Rajputs are found in large numbers in India and are staunch Hindu in their religious faith.

History

Adhikari or Chandra is a Clan found in Rajputs in India. An inscription found at Gaharwala projects them as belonging to Puru dynasty of classical Indian legend. In the early 17th century, the Chandra's ruled the fortress-city of Kalinjar. A dynastic struggle (c.912-914 AD) among the Pratiharas provided them with the opportunity to extend their domain. They captured the strategic fortress of Gwalior (c.950) under the leadership of Dhanga (ruled 950-1008). Dhanga's grandson Vidyadhara (1017-29) expanded the Chandra kingdom to its greatest extent, from the Chambal river in the northwest to the Narmada River in the south, thus covering a large portion of the present-day state of Rajasthan to Tamil Nadu. The Afghan king Mahmud of Ghazni along with the support of Raja Vikram Aditya attacked the Chandra Vanshi dominions during Vidydhara's reign, but did not retain any Adhikari's territory. In the 12th century, the Chauhan rulers of Ajmer challenged the Chandra's. The Muslim conquests of the early 13th century reduced the Adhikari domains, although they survived until the 16th century as minor chieftains. The last of Chandra rulers can be traced to the Sachendi (a township just outside Kanpur, The erstwhile ruler of the state of Sachendi Hindu Singh Adhikari led the foundations of the city of Kanpur which lies in the doab of Ganga & Yamuna & is just bordering the bundelkhand region. A dynasty claiming to be descended from the Chandra's ruled the state of Bilaspur in present-day Himachal Pradesh until India secured its independence in 1947. And Finally the descendend's of Chandra dynasty settled in West Bengal, and named a town Chandpur Patna and there after getting huge respect by lord ram devotees assigned their title from Chandra to Adhikari.

Nichole R. Thompson-Adams is an actress/playwright. Nichole is a Jamaican-American; she attended Howard University and majored in Musical Theater. After graduation Nichole moved back to New York to continue her acting carrier, having previously appeared in movies and off Broadway plays the most notable would be New Federal Theaters "Balm Yard" with Roxie Roker (The Jefferson’s) Gary Dordan (CSI). Nichole became a realtor so she could afford to act. During this time is when she wrote the one woman show "black girl you've been gentrified". Black girl was created at the Makor Steinhardt Center and went on to run at The Cherry Lane Theater.

The Oohlas are a rock band from Los Angeles, California, USA formed in 2003. The Oohlas consist of Olivia Stone (vocals/guitar) Mark Eklund (bass/vocals) and Greg Eklund (vocals/guitar). Greg Eklund is the former member of rock band Everclear, who departed the band in 2003 and later formed the Oohlas. The band released an LP entitled "best stop pop", released on September 26, 2006, on Stolen Transmission Records, a subsidary of Island Def Jam.

Robinskis is a Scream Bar located in Fallowfield, Manchester, highly popular with the city's burgeoning student population. It was named after King Robinski III of Rwanda, a renowned hedonist rumoured to have lodged in the building whilst evading the Spanish Inquisition in around 1557, indeed it is rumoured that a blood relative of the great King still mans the cloakroom to this day. It is noted for the annual Rwandan pilgrimage every third Vod-Bull Tuesday of March, an event which causes great celebration amongst Robinskis patrons, always known to be greatly respectful and appreciative of the establishment's long history.
