Seems like a lot of CV puffery. The claims don't bear up under Google scrutiny. Only two Google hits for "Jamie Burke" + "Ammo Films", and they make no mention of his running the company. Zero Google hits for "Caradoc Wolfe James", "Caradoch Wolfe James", or "Caradoch James" and the 16 hits for "Caradoc James" don't seem to be the person mentioned here.
