Talk:Astrophysical Journal
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
'Foremost' is an opinion, as far as can be determined factually ApJ is second to Annual Review of Astronomy and Astrophysics in terms of 'impact factor'. While the Supplement is the top journal in terms of 'immediacy', the main journal comes behind the Astronomical Journal by this measure (data from ISI Journal Citation Reports 2003). I have therefore changed the page to read 'one of the foremost', which can be factually defended. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 131.251.45.16 (talk • contribs) 16:42, 13 October 2004 (UTC)
