[edit] On fuel cells
Fuel cells are a means of producing useful power, like internal combustion engines, furnaces, etc. They aren't a energy source like fossil fuels nor a energy storage like a capacitor or battery. In particular, developing fuel cells in the 1850's would not preclude the development of fossil fuels. Something still needs to be the hydrogen source for fuel cells and methane from natural gas is a great source. -- KarlHallowell 22:01, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] neologism?
According to the George Dvorsky page, he coined this term in 2005 for the purpose of putting it on wikipedia--cf. http://sentientdevelopments.blogspot.com/2005/01/astrosociobiology-on-wikipedia.html I therefore question its notability. Has anyone ever used it in a published source? The lack of understanding of the term is manifest by its probable incorrect classification as science fiction.DGG 03:27, 4 March 2007 (UTC) DGG 03:27, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
