Bangarupalyam is a small town in Chittoor district in the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh . It plays in important part in politics and is a center for mango business.
Bangarupalyam is famous for the Zamindari family and their power throughout the history. Bangarupalyam has been ruled by Palegars (also known as Palaekari, Naikers, Nayunivaru and Ekila) for centuries and survived through British rule in India. Bangarupalaym is famous for Mango lands.Every year from Bangarupalyam to export mangos to Other countries.
