Beadull (ビーダル Bīdaru?) are one of the 493 fictional species of Pokémon creatures from the multi-billion-dollar[1] Pokémon media franchise – a collection of video games, anime, manga, books, trading cards and other media, created by Satoshi Tajiri. The purpose of Beadull in the games, anime and manga, as with all other Pokémon, is to battle both wild Pokémon, untamed creatures encountered while the player passes through various environments, and tamed Pokémon owned by Pokémon trainers.[2]
The name Beadull is derived from beaver, referring to the animal it is based on, and dull.

[edit] Biological characteristics
Beadull resembles a beaver, hence its classification as the Beaver Pokémon.
Male Beadull "masks" are bone-shaped, while female Beadull "masks" lack the lower half, as seen in the picture.
[edit] In the video games
Beadull is the evolution of Bidoof and plays the same role as Raticate, Furret and Linoone.
Beadull is the first Pokémon with the type combination of Normal and Water. However, the only Water-type attacking move Beadull can learn naturally is Water Gun, a decent starting move but weak overall. TMs and/or breeding can be used to bring stronger Water-type moves into its move set, such as Aqua Tail or Water Pulse.
It is also notable for being one of only two Normal-type Pokémon with a second type other than Flying, the other one being Girafarig.
Beadull can learn powerful pre-existing moves such as Hyper Fang (which is shared by Rattata and Raticate) and Superpower. It is not very strong, however, with its best stat, Attack, having a base value of 85.
Beadull evolves from Bidoof at level 15.
