Buster (Lady and the Tramp II)

Buster is the main antagonist in Disney's Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure. He is voiced by Chazz Palminteri for his normal voice and Jess Harnell for his singing voice. His dog breed is either a Rottweiler or a very muscular Doberman Pinscher.

Buster is leader of the Junkyard Dogs and an old time friend of Tramp. He reveals his past near the start of the second half of the movie. He was taught by Tramp how to be a Junkyard dog but soon turn against him after Tramp met Lady and fell in love with her. Buster then gave Tramp a choice, either to continue to be a Junkyard dog with him, or live the chained life with Lady. In the end, Tramp picked life with Lady than Buster. That's when Buster learned the most important rule of being a Junkyard dog: Buster's trouble is Buster's trouble. He is a bit of a role model towards Scamp during the first half of the movie, but turns on Scamp after finding out his dad is Tramp in the second half. Buster is willing to do anything to make sure he gets what he wants, no matter what happens to anyone else.

Buster is first introduced in Disney's direct-to-video movie Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure when he easily outdoes the local dogcatcher. When Scamp breaks away and follows Angel to the Junkyard, Buster teases Scamp for his life as a house dog. Not willing to just accept Scamp, he has Scamp take a "test" to prove himself: fetch a can from the ally of Reggie, the most vicious dog in the movie. After Scamp outwits Reggie and has him caught by the dogcatcher, Buster becomes angry at Scamp because he helped Angel. Later on, Buster tells Scamp about Tramp's change from the street dog life to a house dog. He sees Scamp scratch himself, and it reminds him of Tramp because he scratched like Scamp does. He appears again when the Junkyard Dogs are infiltrating the picnic grounds in the park. When he sees Tramp and Scamp scratch themselves, he istantly figures out that Tramp is Scamp's father and gives Scamp his final "test": steal a cooked turkey right from the picnic site of his own family. When Scamp turns on Tramp to join Buster, he says "That's my boy" and takes off Scamp's collar. However, when he finds out about Angel's secret dream to have a family, Buster turns on Angel and Scamp. He uses Antoine to lure the dogcatcher to Scamp and watches as Scamp is captured by the dogcatcher and brought to the pound. When Scamp escapes from the pound, thanks to help from Angel and Tramp, Scamp returns to face Buster once more. Even though Buster tries to play cool like nothing happened, Scamp turns on Buster and returns home with his family with Angel joining his family at the end of the movie. He is last seen trapped under a trash mound at the end and begging for help from the other dogs, who left him to find families. His last line in the movie is "I was kidding! Buster's trouble is everybody's trouble!".
