Talk:Bus services in Bristol

[edit] Merge into FirstGroup plc?
I could be wrong, but it doesn't look as though there is enough notable information about the First Cityline service for the possibility of a decent article. Perhaps it deserves a mention on the FirstGroup plc article, but First Cityline is just one of many minor bus services owned by FirstGroup, and I'm not sure that it's significant enough to deserve its own article. Anyone agree? Tschel 20:00, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
- The information here should be condensed and some merged to FirstGroup plc and some to Transport in Bristol. This page should then become a redirect to the latter, with a link to FirstGroup plc in the relevant section of that article. Thryduulf 10:30, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

- No, daft idea. Why would you want a list of First Bristol's routes on a page of a worldwide transport company??? Arriva436 16:20, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Awful
This new article is frankly awful. The tables haven't been formatted, fares information I added in the First Bristol article hasn't been added, company names are incorrect, the article contains speculation (such as P&R contracts) which isn't true, Megabus fares are incorrect, there are grammar and spelling errors. I could go on.
Edit: I've attempted to correct lots and remove unimportant things such as National Express and RailLinks which don't exist.
[edit] Latest edit
I now belive that this current edit should keep everyone happy; The national express info is needed as they opearte withing Bristol. rail links have been moved. All the lists are now formatted in the same way. P&R contracts have been confiremed hence link to BBC. Grammar and spelling have been checked. And mega bus info has been moved.
Why is some of the content Jobie29 added, such as Controversy for P&R, and table formatting, been removed? 82.36.102.47 21:33, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
