Talk:Eilat Mazar
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Well, today is February 26, 2006, and several months have passed. Has a verdict been reached? Strange that a group which has a vested interest in finding King David's Palace should go right out and find it, when it has been sought unavailingly for 3000 years. It will be remembered that William Kristol, one of the sponsors of the digs, thought also that WMD would be found in Iraq.
Now, it's October 24, 2006, and I don't see anything further.
- Well, right now there are really only two good explanations, and I fail to see how the Phonecian similiarity would be in a Jesubite fotress.(Perhaps they did though). It may be strange, but its important to note, that its not like its of any major consequence to Biblical minimalists, at least as far as a I can tell. It just shows David had a big palace, and that the Bible was right on that fact. 74.137.230.39 04:31, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
