Elmo Tuttle is a fictional character form the long running comic strip Blondie.

Elmo is a pesky 5-year-old and not to be confused with Elmo from Sesame Street. He is a buddy to Dagwood as well as a nemesis. He tried to get a Wi-Fi signal so he can use the Internet for free. Elmo said he once poured syrup in his teacher's purse.
