The Fantastic Universe article links to this image. Though the picture is originally copyright, I Mike Christie (talk) feel it is covered by fair use because:

No free or public domain images have been located for any issues of this magazine.
The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the book in any way, and the magazine is no longer in print in a version with this cover
The article discusses the magazine, and this is an image of the magazine. Hence the article forms a commentary on the image.
