Firehouse Subs
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Firehouse Subs is an American-based restaurant franchise specializing in steamed sandwiches.
Most of its stores are located in the Southeastern U.S., where it competes with such chains as Subway, Quizno's, and Blimpie.
The first restaurant was opened in Jacksonville, Florida in 1994 by brothers Robin and Chris Sorensen, two local firefighters (hence the name and fire-fighting theme of the restaurants).
