Why is it that the science fiction-specific rank article titles aren't capitalized while the real-world ones are? --Kevin W. 05:28, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
- The real-world ones are incorrect. Titles are only capitalized when used to identify a specific person, e.g. "the rank of lieutenant commander" and "Lieutenant Commander Smith". --EEMeltonIV 05:31, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
