Frank Hvam (born September 12, 1970 in Viborg) is a Danish stand-up-comedian. As a child he grew up on a farm in Ørum Sønderlyng.
Shortly before completing training as a veterinarian, Frank Hvam dropped out to try his luck as a comedian.
His probably best-known performance is as the geek Kenny Nickelman in the Danish sit-com Langt fra Las Vegas and as writer and performer in the Pythonesque comedy Casper og Mandrilaftalen.
His collaboration with Casper Christensen on Casper og Mandrilaftalen was the beginning of a writing partnership that has yielded a number of comedy productions, e.g. a Danish version of the British Shooting Stars and four seasons of Klovn, a sit-com heavily inspired by Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm.
