[edit] Summary
This image is a work of the United States Department of the Interior, taken or made during the course of an employee's official duties. As a work of the U.S. federal government, the image is in the public domain.
This is an edited version of an outline map of the State of Indiana on a United States Geological Survey page intended to show the location of Seymour, Indiana, site of the Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge, administered by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service]]. Both USGS and FWS are agencies of the United States Department of the Interior. Because Seymour was the location of Freeman Field, a World War II-era United States Army Air Forces base, it was convenient to modify the map to show Freeman's location, converting the format to .jpg and adding text.
