I have a proposal on Wikipedia government.

5 bureaucrats and 10 sysops are elected (by the bereaucrats and veterans in this government) to a Congress. The Congress will approve proposed policys that meet a Congress approval standard (e.g. It would affect one of the pages on the navigation menu or something important and got 62% supports)

1 steward and 3 sysops are elected by the bereaucrats and government veterans to be president and governors, respectively. The dutys of the Executives would be to enforce policys and stop vandalism (I'll bet Willy is sweating).
[edit] Judicial
2 bureaucrats and 5 sysops are elected by the bereaucrats and the government veterans to be judges on the Wikipedia Supreme Court. The Court's job will be to update the main page, make sure proposed policys don't violate other Wikipedia Policys, and settle arguements between the branches.

To better organize Wikipedia and her government.
