Gavin has been based in Glasgow for four years having moved up from a small country town in mid Wales. Since then he has embraced the Glasgow music scene and grown in musical maturity and originality. His songs fuse a mixture of folk, indie, country and pop to create a unique and catchy sound. After playing in bands when he first moved to Glasgow he has moved into a more comfortable role as a singer-songwriter performing and recording as a solo artist. Gavin is signed to Random Disc Records.[citation needed]
