It's here. And please be careful with your accusations. At least one admin has stated that he believes the links are valid citations. The two questions are whether 1) they are required to support the text and, 2) whether the interal links to Starwood Festival are actually prohibited by policy. Calling the links spam when they were intended as citations could be taken as an WP:NPA violations as you are accusing those who support them of being vandals.
