Talk:Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I just want to say that the "realism inaccuracy" section is the silliest thing I've ever seen in regards to an anime series. If you have one here, then why isn't there one for the other anime series? In the Hellsing section should we talk about how vampires aren't actually real? Should we say in Trigun that there's no way he could be that good of a shot? Or maybe in Cowboy Bebop, point out that no man could be shot, cut, and blown away by explosives as much as Spike does and live to fight another day (not to mention later in the same episode, or movie as the case may be)? How about in Texhnolyze, say it's unrealistic to expect people to be fused with metal limbs and be able to operate them almost immediately after? I'm not even scratching the surface of the ridiculous things that happen in anime, and for good reason. It's ANIME. It isn't real life. So why would you want a section detailing the so-called "inaccuracies", as if it was meant to portray real life accurately!
[edit] Madara?
Wasn't Madara female? (user:HannuMakinen)
yeah, i remember her to be female too.--62.79.98.193 00:53, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
In the Scandinavian version she is indeed female, but in the original japanese one, "she" is a male. --62.79.98.193 19:26, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
- The proof is here. Madara is definitely a male. I suspect some of the European countries felt it would be better to have more than two female animals (Fuji and Cross). --Kitch 01:20, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Other Bears
Does anyone remember the name of the bear who was Akakabuto's double and lost its fingers when Riki attacked him? Also what was the name of the deranged bear with the almost inpenetrable hide? Did it actually have a name?TheHande 16:17, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
Akakabuto's double was Gaki. And the harpooned bear was Sokkin...
