The Glendale Amtrak/Metrolink Station, often referred to as the Glendale Transportation Center, is an Amtrak and Metrolink rail station in the city of Glendale, California. It is served by Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner from San Luis Obispo to San Diego, Metrolink's Ventura County Line from Los Angeles Union Staton to Montalvo, and Metrolink's Metrolink Antelope Valley Line. 10 Pacific Surfliner trains serve the station daily and 54 Metrolink trains serve the station each weekday, and 8 Antelope Valley Line trains serve the station on Saturdays. There is no Metrolink service on the Ventura County Line on weekends and no Antelope Valley Line service on Sundays.
The station also serves as a stop for Greyhound Lines buses.

Originally known as the Glendale Southern Pacific Railroad Depot, it was built by the Southern Pacific Railroad in the Mission Revival Style in 1923. It had replaced an older depot dating from 1883. In 1997, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has recently undergone an extensive renovation.
