The Great Range is a mountain range within the the Adirondack Mountains in New York, USA. It lies in the heart of the High Peaks region, near Keene Valley, NY, between Upper and Lower Ausable Lakes to the southeast and the Johns Brook Valley to the northwest. The range is approximately ten miles long and includes twelve of the Adirondack 46. They are, along the main ridge from northeast to southwest, Lower Wolfjaw, Upper Wolfjaw, Armstrong, Gothics, Saddleback, Basin, Haystack, Marcy, Skylight and Redfield.
