Hans Otto Woellke (born February 18, 1911 in Bischofsburg, Ermland – March 26, 1943 in Guba) was a German athlete who competed mainly in the shot put. He won the gold medal in the men's shot put competition at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, Germany.
