Harold D. Cooley

Harold Dunbar Cooley (1897 - 1974) was an American politician of the Democratic Party. He represented the Fourth Congressional district of North Carolina from 1933 - 1967. Cooley remains the longest-serving Chairman in the history of the United States House Committee on Agriculture.
