Harriet ("Holly") Morris Metcalf (born March 25, 1958) is a six-time national/ Olympic team member in women's rowing, who won a Gold medal in rowing at the 1984 Summer Olympics for the Women's Eight.

Metcalf received her B.A. in Music and English from Mount Holyoke College in 1981 and a masters in risk and prevention and a certificate of advanced study in human development and psychology from Harvard University.

Between 1981-1987, she won three silver and one bronze World Championship medals. She is currently the founder and Executive Director of the Row As One Institute Inc.
