Interesting. But since it wasn't part of "Vancouver City" at the time of these innovations, perhaps this can be re-phrased. There may also be arguments as to the definitions of both road and real estate transaction as well, but I'd have to do some reading before trying to re-jig anything to do with my old 'hood.--Keefer4 22:34, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
