Haylz Magdalene is an up and coming young English actress who specialises mostly in Gothic subculture films. She has accomplished a lot of theatre productions and various radio shows. She has starred in such plays as Edward Bonds 'The Sea', Willy Russells 'Stags and Hens' and quite a few Shakespeare pieces such as 'A Midsummer Nights Dream', 'Hamlet', 'King Lear' and more strangely 'Bollywood Macbeth'.
She has starred in the independent short comedy film 'Lubricated', an ITV short called 'Dis Life' and a number of brief short dramatic pieces entitled 'Film Noir: A tale of tragedy'.
She is skilled in fencing, dancing, swimming, singing, masked performances, classical and contemporary performances, grotesque and naturalistic theatre, though she prefers to perform for camera.
She is twenty years old and boasts to be an accomplished and qualified actress with a BTEC National Diploma in Acting at triple grade distinction level and now also boasts a Higher National Diploma too.This year she features as 'Miss February' on the cult gothic forum, shop and reknowned gothic pub Metrofoxe's Giffard Arms calendar.
She is 5'6, has an 'industrial / gothic' look and has dark brown hair with bright red streaks at the front and has;

Three piercings in her right ear lobe
Two cartilage piercings
And one lower navel piercing
She also boasts to have porcelain white skin which she claims comes in very useful for the genre of acting that she prefers.

She is a rocker with an eclectic taste in music and literature citing Anne Rice, James Patterson, Emily Bronté and Jackie Collins among her favourite authors but admits to having a penchant for all things rock, particularly the rock band Guns N' Roses whom she's been a fan of since turning 14 years old. On her official website she lists Axl Rose as one of her biggest personal influences claiming 'Axl Rose (the lead singer of the Rock band Guns N' Roses) has had a huge personal influence on me through G N' R's songs and his attitude and outlook on life.When I had a troubled time I really latched onto his songs and words of inspiration. Rants in concerts and things said in interviews really connected with me and he has always had integrity and I admire that.'
Among her other influences she lists Johnny Depp, Miranda Richardson, Christina Ricci, Martin Luther King, Hapshepsut, Elizabeth 1 and Nikki Sixx.
