Although the article has had a contested history, the article as it is now is reasonably clear and concise, with the information about the lawsuit being well-explained and backed up by independent links. As to the notability question, the links to the BBC's articles about her prove that she is a public figure. Just because you don't like someone's writing doesn't mean they shouldn't be included.
