Here Comes the Groom

Here Comes the Groom is a 1951 romantic comedy musical starring Bing Crosby and Jane Wyman, and directed by Frank Capra.
Crosby plays a newspaper reporter who wants to adopt two war orphans. In order to do so, though, he must have a wife, and, unfortunately, his former fiancee (Wyman) is about to wed a dashing millionaire (Franchot Tone). The reporter must win her back in five days, with whatever it takes.
The film won the Academy Award for Best Song for 'In the Cool, Cool, Cool of the Evening', written by Hoagy Carmichael and Johnny Mercer, and was nominated for Best Original Story (Liam O'Brien and Robert Riskin).
Bing Crosby also received a Golden Globe nomination for his performance.
