Hi, when you redirected the speedy deletion page to monuments in Hungary page, I think you meant to use a speedy deletion tag not move the whole article. If you want to add a tag, look in the box on the right in the speedy deletion page and find the appropriate tag and put it in the article you want to speedily delete. You add the tag by adding the abbreviation/shortcut for the tag at the top of the article. It will automatically make a tag and list the article in the deletion section. ;) Hope that helps.
