I would like to know if hirsuties papillaris genitalis have a link with the amount of testosterone present in the body. I know that there are a lots of little bumpy spines for male cats that haven't been neutered (see image: [1]), they are a sign that testosterone is flowing in their body. And then when you neuter a male cat, the spine all over his penis disappear because of the lack of testosterone.(see image:[2]) So I am asking: for some males,because not all males have ppp, are hirsuties papillaris genitalis indicators of the amount of testosterone present in a person's body ? Surely Hirsuties papillaris genitalis is not just a male disorder? As far as I can tell, there is both Hirsuties papillaris penis in men, and Hirsuties papillaris vulvae in women. Also, http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1468-3083.2004.01161.x (subscription required, but Google shows a text fragment), seems to suggest that Hirsuties papillaris genitalis and pearly penile papules may not be the same thing.

Immoral? It's a photograph that is clearly without any pornographic purpose, but rather the purpose is to inform. Jesus Christ, how can someone be that repressed!?

I added a home remedy that I am testing out. So far it has made them less visible. Toothpaste is a lot cheaper than a carbon laser. Also some one should upload a picture of ppp on the shaft of penis and scrotum because it can also appear there.

This isnt something i just thought up myself. The flouride in toothpaste drys out the afflicted areas. I think it is relevant information and it should remain posted. If you want to put some kind of warning infront of it that would be fine.

Dear Rosemary, toothpaste was made for delicate tissue. I can't think of any harm this would do. Smearing toothpaste on one's glans keeps it fresh, and is actually quite enjoyable.

There are lots of things you can put in your mouth that are not safe for your penis. In the case of toothpaste, through the magic of Google I found:
