The information in the last edit is correct. The album is available for pre-order, and will ship 11 days prior to the official release.
I think the 'according to Pitchfork' bit should go now since that information is written on the CD itself and so there is no question about it. I also noticed there is no mention of David Barnes (Kevin's brother) who is thanked on the CD and did the unique artwork for it (and has his own Wiki article to link to).
