Hu Zhen (胡軫) was an officer under Dong Zhuo during the Three Kingdoms period of China. He went to Yangren with Hua Xiong, who led the vanguard, to resist Sun Jian's invasion from the south. After Dong Zhuo's death, he joined Wang Yun along with Xu Rong, and he fought against Li Jue and Guo Si, but surrendered soon after Xu Rong was killed and joined them instead.
In the novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, he was killed at the hands of Cheng Pu, a general under Sun Jian, in the battle of Sishui Pass.
